I went to Ram Infotech Laptop Service Chennai Pvt Ltd because of the sound which was coming from my laptop fan. I was not sure whether the problem was with the fan or the hard disk. But these guys have diagnosed it and found that the problem was with the fan within an hour.

Then it took two days for them to get the same model fan for replacing the old one. My fan is now replaced. My laptop is working fine now. Special thanks to Bala who responded well whenever I called or messaged. Overall the service is good, professional and satisfactory.

Went there to find out my corrupted Seagate 500gb HDD is repairable or not. Front office staff are courteous and helpful. Technician informed me after 1hr disk is having malfunctioning head without charging any service charges and also informed me if we go for data recovery - can recover data but after data recovery - disk is not usable very clearly.
