Impressed by 98% recovery. Easy to work with and always available for questions. We had a hard drive failure and had lost all documents from 25 years worth of work. We were very impressed and ecstatic to have 95% of our documents recovered and we are now up and running again. We were told the recovery was 98%, however, we have yet to find any documents not recovered.
